"Jamesy Boo-Boo"

...That's what Naomi calls her baby brother, and it's adorable when she says it. She's so proud of him, he follows her around all day. Granted they always want the same toys, but they're working it out OK. That means Naomi hides what she wants, distracts him with something else and goes to play with the coveted item.
I often walk in the room to find James sitting with a book in his lap, he is just hitting this stage and I am loving it. Finally he will sit with Zach and Naomi at bedtime to listen to a story. He continuously brings me books to read to him, all day long. That makes me happy.

Conner and Alayna came to play yesterday and the girls were soon princessed up, as usual. They let Conner be a prince. How generous of them:)

James managed to eat almost an entire apple the other day, I've never seem him so content for so long. Awesome.

We were watching Dancing with the Stars. James and Naomi were dancing right along with those pros, it was so cute. Look at that little chunky monkey move it!

Today I tried to sneak in a luxurious bath for myself during these babe's overlapping nap time. I rinsed out and filled up the tub and then heard James crying. He wasn't asleep yet and was having a hard time getting there. I think he might be ready for only one nap a day.
Anyway, so I went in to hold him for a moment. I heard Naomi open the door from my room where she has "quiet time" i.e. a nap. Then I heard the toilet flush, sink running and then silence. Hmmmm.
James was sufficiently calmed and sleepy, I put him down and made my way to the bathroom.
I opened the door to find a little pair of jeans, socks, princess panties, and a sweater in heaps on the floor. And a grinning, elated Naomi looking up at me from the bath. My bath.
She was so thrilled that I had a nice warm bath waiting for her. I mean, who wouldn't be, right?
